• Flooding servers or other users is forbidden. Flooding is defined as sending large amounts of text, excessive CTCP requests, joining and parting channels rapidly and other attempts to flood some user out of the network or to disrupt normal channel activity.

• The use of #ProBNCs to artificially boost channel averages is forbidden.

• Mass spamming and/or advertising (ie. promoting your website, product, channel, whatever) in channels or queries is forbidden.

• The owner of the BNC is legally responsible of all damages caused by him or other users with his bouncer.

• Excessive Kills and G/K Lines may warrant the administration to cease your bouncer account to uphold the integrity of all the other bouncer clients connecting from your chosen IP Address.

• using your BNC for warez, xdcc/f-serve server, pornographic content is illegal and would result in suspending your account.

• The IP addresses of users connecting to #ProBNCs may be logged in case of illegal activity.

• #ProBNCs are not responsible for any harm or damages caused by its users, and can not be held responsible for any actions that are taken by the users.

If you violate the terms of this policy, your service may be suspended or terminated at the discretion of the system administrator. Refunds will not be provided.
